The Linguistics Association of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Postgraduate Student Committee (LAGBPSC) represents postgraduate student members of the LAGB. The committee was formalised during the 2008 LAGB Annual Meeting in Essex.
The LAGBPSC aims to disseminate news and opportunities to the wider student community; to assess applications for funding for student-led conferences, workshops, events, and initiatives; and to organise the annual LAGB summer school.
The LAGBPSC has six committee members. You can discover more on who they are on the relevant page. Each member has a two-year tenure, except for the Master's Student Liaison.
The Terms of Reference have been updated following the ARU AGM (September 2023). They reflect our new vision for the LAGB PSC.

Every year, the LAGBPSC present an report at the LAGB AGM, which takes place during its annual conference. Past reports can be found below.
